I've always liked this song. My old roommate and I would play FPS video games while listening to System Of A Down and other hard rock. I mean, what better music is there for killing bots and noobs? Anyway, I don't know what this girl is wearing, but I do know she makes Chop Suey! sound really good. It's a powerful classical type sound. Maybe the artfulness is the real reason for the songs success.
