Street Fighter IV...This Brings Back Some Growing Up Stuff

I remember my 3 main friends growing up were all really good at video games. Dan, Ryan, and Jon spent thousands of dollars on games at Auburn's Prospector Hill, playing games like Street Fighter. This video shows some clips of the newest version. UPDATE: Blog reader apps can't retrieve the video. Go here to watch it. It's fun to reminisce about the good old days. BTW Dan, can you comment on how much money you think you gave Prospector Hill for the version of Street Fighter you mastered?

  1. Ah. Prospector Hill. It was there, and then it wasn't. And then it was back. And then it went away again... But my Taco Bell across the street? Still going strong! And they even serve pizza, too, now. Oh yes.

  2. Oh yes Annie, there is absolutely nothing negative to say about Taco Bell, then and now. The pizza is even good enough to eat. It may pale compared to the pizza I once made at Round Table, but that company needs some serious quality control. Elm and hwy 49 RT locations are great. Maidu and Lincoln are both awful.

  3. I'd say from age 14.5 to age 16.5 Jon and I were going just bout every day for 2 to 3 hrs, so maybe 5 times a week.

We spent about $2.00 an hour for the first six months or so, but then nobody could beat us so we spent maybe 50 cents a day tops...

factor in about $2.00 for taco bell runs every other time and I think over the course of 2 years for the four of us (and eric) it probably cost us about $117,817.31, give or take about $117,000.

Also Brad Nishimoto wants to be my facebook friend.
